We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service, and we are looking for a customer care specialist to help look after our clients and support our team.

This role is at the coal-face of our operations and you will be the first point of contact for many clients, so a positive, willing attitude and passion for customer service excellence are a must!

To be successful in this role you will also need to have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when inputting data. You will be a multi-tasking whiz, capable of working in a customer service machine with many moving parts, and you will be able to adapt to change and think proactively to quickly resolve issues as they arise.

This is a support role, dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction by providing support directly to clients, but also by supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

As part of our commitment to excellence, we value innovation and are constantly evolving and adapting our systems to work more efficiently and better serve our clients. This means that you will need to have good computer skills and an ability to adapt to and use multiple software systems (full training provided).

Tasks Include:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer service experience, bar none
  • Assisting clients by responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Securing client bookings and managing technician schedules
  • Data input and database management
  • Other administrative tasks as required
