If the water has come from a clean source you may remove furniture items from the area, start to remove excess water with a mop or towels, and open windows to encourage ventilation
Our technician will start by identifying all affected areas using specialist measurement tools, then removing as much water as possible with their powerful extraction equipment. They may also need to lift carpet, remove underlay and/or apply products to help prevent staining and potentially dangerous microbial growth.
We then use industrial drying equipment to draw the remaining moisture out of the affected materials including your carpet and any affected contents or structure. This drying equipment is left onsite and monitored daily until all affected materials have dried completely.
Once completely dry, we will re-lay any carpet that has been lifted and give it a thorough clean.
